Unfortunately, ADKAR has limitations as it does not consider organisational structural change and cultural shift. At the same time, there is no established methodology that can extend ADKAR. To cover these limitations, we have developed our own methodology that extends ADKAR. We coach our clients in using our methodology in conjunction with ADKAR.
